Task first
We define the job (for example, sending 500 personalized cold emails a week), then run each tool through that same job. Rankings are per task, so a tool can be first for one job and absent from another.
The score
Each tool gets an editorial score from 0 to 10, weighted toward outcome quality, time saved, cost at scale, and how much a team can rely on it without babysitting.
Independence
Makers can submit and claim listings for free. Claiming lets a company correct facts and respond, never change a score. Sponsored placements, when we run them, are clearly labeled and never appear inside rankings. Some outbound links may be partner links; they do not affect order.
Corrections
Tools move fast. If something is out of date, claim the listing or submit a correction and we will review it.
